This spacious home comfortably sleeps 12 guests across 5 bedrooms with 5 beds and 4 bathrooms. The main floor features a luxurious master suite with a king-sized memory foam mattress, en-suite bathroom with double shower featuring four shower heads and Bluetooth speaker, double vanity, and direct hot tub access. The upper level offers king and queen en-suites with private baths and mountain views, while the lower level includes additional sleeping areas including "The Gone Skiing" and "The Woodlands" themed rooms with a bunk room.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with restrictions: maximum 2 dogs per stay, 40 lbs or less, with a $75 non-refundable fee per dog. Dogs must be potty-trained, crate-trained, and crated when alone. No smoking, vaping, events, or fireworks permitted. Guests are responsible for safe use of all amenities including the hot tub, deck, grill, and bunk beds.

Important bear safety reminder: Practice proper bear safety by locking all doors, never leaving food in vehicles, and never feeding bears. Additional fees apply if evidence of bear feeding is found. The property features exterior security cameras for safety purposes.
