Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property features exterior security cameras on the front and rear decks for safety, along with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers throughout. A few house rules ensure everyone's comfort: maximum occupancy of 8 guests, no pets allowed, and no smoking. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
