➢ Check-in time is 4:00. ➢ Check-out time is 11:00 AM or earlier. This includes the parking space as our cleaners can't go in to clean if you are in our parking space. ❗No glass at or near the pool & no smoking/vapping of any kind anywhere on the complex grounds and not even on the patio. Please be warned that if caught by the complex staff, they will impose fines and ban you from amenities. ➢ This is NOT A HOTEL. There is no "front desk". We will communicate with the office on your behalf. ➢ Lost/misplaced key or fob - we cannot guarantee you will get another during your stay and you will lose access to the amenities or unit. Fee of $250 to replace and you will need to pay this before we order another. The time it takes to get another is at our discretion. Please don't go the office asking for one. They will only communicate with us on this. ➢ Unauthorized late checkouts (Overstay). Anything over 15 min will incur a fee = to the nightly rate you paid. This includes returning our key fob in the designated spot by 11am. ➢ No tampering, unplugging, or covering any devices. ➢ No unregistered guests in the unit, visiting, entering the complex, sneaking in, or inviting them to the common areas. We cant go over stated capacity. ➢ We provide a "starter set" of toiletries, shampoo, additional supplies will need to be purchased by you. ➢ Quiet Time is 8 PM to 10 AM, ☆No running, stomping or hard shoes. ➢ Please do not lower the thermostat to lower than 70 as it may freeze the system and stop working. ➢ Not responsible for injuries sustained during your stay. ➢ Left items. $75 shipping & handling fee. ➢ Lock out fees are $75 and must be pre-paid. ➢ We provide 1 access fob.

• Lost or stolen fob not returned will incur $250 fee each. ➢ No 3rd party bookings ➢ Do not park outside of where we designate in your check in instructions. If you do and are towed, it will be at your expense. ➢ Amenity Closures/Non-functioning - We are not responsible or financially liable in the event of repairs or maintenance on any of the complex amenities or anything outside of the unit itself that requires the closure of said amenities. We do not own or control the complex amenities. *Unauthorized pets, parties or smoking - $500 fine. *Unauthorized guests - $50 per person per day. *Other violations - $50 per occurrence.
