Whether you are gathering by the cozy fireplace or enjoying a movie night, this home provides an inviting atmosphere for every guest.
The home is configured with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a Master Bedroom with a King-size bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms each featuring King-size beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. For larger groups, there is a dedicated bunk room with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathrooms are designed for convenience, featuring soaker bathtubs, walk-in showers, double and single vanities, and plush towels.

Local essentials like Kroger, Publix, and Walmart are conveniently located within 10-20 minutes.
Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome, though a small pet fee applies. This property requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security deposit. Guests may choose between a $1,000 refundable security deposit or a $47 damage waiver for coverage up to $1,500. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and parties or events are not allowed. For safety, guests may not adjust pool panels, and thermostat changes must be requested through the host. Trash pickup is available upon request.

🐾 HoneyBear Hideaways Pet Policy($350 Pet Fee per pet)
We’re happy to welcome pets at our designated pet-friendly cabins. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below:
• Up to two house-trained dogs or cats are permitted per stay, each under 75 lbs (no exotic pets). • Proof of current vaccinations is required at the time of booking for all pets. • Property-specific pet fees apply. These fees do not cover excessive cleaning or any pet-related damages. • Pets must remain off furniture and beds and be crated when left unattended inside the cabin. Closing a pet in a room is not a substitute for crating. • Pets must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times outdoors, in compliance with Tennessee’s state leash law and for their safety, as wildlife is common in the Smokies. • No pets are allowed in pools, hot tubs, or on outdoor furniture. • All pets must be healthy, flea-free, and parasite-free before arrival.
By bringing a pet, guests agree to uphold these standards. These policies help us preserve the comfort, cleanliness, and elevated experience that HoneyBear Hideaways is known for.

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
