As your host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cabin: For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can review and follow these house rules. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance and truly appreciate your cooperation!

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

• FIREARMS: No recreational use on property of any firearms or other weapons such as (bows, paint guns, axes, knives, slingshots, BB guns or any other recreational type weapon). If any evidence of the use of firearms is discovered, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guest will be charged a $300 fee if evidence of smoking inside is discovered. If Guests smoke outside, please properly dispose of butts.

• Pets are not allowed. Guests will be charged a $300 fee if pets are brought on the property.

• PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.

• PARKING: parking is permitted on the right side of driveway only, please pull all the way to the front so the neighboring cabin has space to enter and exit.

• Ensure all embers are extinguished in outside fire-pit after use.

• Please no swimming in the creek.

• Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

• Please do not rearrange our furniture.

• If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.

• If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

• Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

• Housekeeping: Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. Leave all bed linens on beds for housekeepers to strip. Place all bath towels and washcloths inside the bathtub. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and put away. Remove all food and drinks brought in the house.

• Please properly dispose of any leftover food, open containers of food, open beverage bottles or cans. IT MUST BE THROWN AWAY. If you leave this in the property, extra cleaning fees will be applied.

• Checking out:

• Check out is at 10am. • Place all bathroom linen in shower. • Please switch off all interior & exterior lights. • Leave all bed linens on beds for housekeepers to strip.
• Please secure all doors and windows before leaving.
• Please wash all dirty dishes and leave in dishwasher or put away. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 • Collect all garbage in bags and dispose of in the bear proof cans to the right of the barn. Ensure cage is secured close. If garbage is not placed in bags YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 • Please clean grill after use. If you leave the grill dirty, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25 • Please properly dispose of any leftover food, open containers of food, open beverage bottles or cans. IT MUST BE THROWN AWAY. If you leave this in the cabin YOU WILL BE CHARGED $25. • Please put away all indoor & outdoor games. • Lock front door when leaving, rotate the inside thumbturn to the horizontal position and close the door.

Above charges of $25 go directly to housekeeping for extra time required if applicable

• Lastly, because this is a short term rental community not a hotel, and is also our home when we stay in Wears Valley, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
