The main residence features three bedrooms located on the second floor, all equipped with air conditioning. The Owner's Suite includes an en-suite bathroom, while Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, A/C, and direct access to a patio/balcony. Bedroom #3 contains two single beds and A/C. For those needing to stay connected, both the Owner's Suite and Bedroom #2 include work-desks for private laptop use. A shared bathroom serves the second and third bedrooms. Additionally, a nearby two-bedroom casita provides two separate studio-style spaces, each featuring its own A/C, kitchenette, and bathroom.

Designed to blend indoor and outdoor living, the first floor of the main home creates one connected space. Guests can enjoy an amazing covered patio on the second floor, perfect for watching the ocean and feeling the fresh natural breezes. The grounds are spacious, boasting several decks, a large pool patio, and a grill for outdoor dining.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated just 10 minutes south of Uvita, the property is ideally located for nature lovers. You are only 5 minutes away from the stunning Playa Piñuelas National Park and Beach, allowing for easy access to some of the region's most beautiful coastal scenery.
