Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Dogs are welcome with a fee of $35 per night per pet, though cats are strictly not allowed. Please note that this is a basement space within a larger family home; while the hosts are mindful of noise, children and a dog reside in the main house. The rental does not include pool access. To finalize your reservation, a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required.
