The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out: Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and a Jack-and-Jill bath with a shower/tub combo; Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo; and Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and a private balcony. The loft serves as both an extra sleeping space and a game lounge, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk, a queen futon, a smart TV, a card table, and a Pac-Man tabletop arcade.

The property is for vacation rental use only and requires guests to be 18+ to book. Smoking, vaping, and unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. One exterior security camera is located on the front deck monitoring the driveway and entryway. Late check-outs may incur a fee of $75 per hour, and unauthorized over-occupancy is subject to a $500 fine per extra person.
