Designed for comfort and style, the layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The primary suite boasts a king-size bed with a luxury pillow-top mattress and a private en-suite full bathroom. The second guest bedroom provides a queen-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, with a full bathroom located directly across the hall. Throughout the sleeping areas, guests will find all-cotton linens, plush down comforters, and a mix of down and foam pillows.

Inside, the bright, open-concept great room features a stylish leather sofa, a reading nook, and a flat-screen TV. The gourmet-ready kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and full fridge, complemented by a spacious dining table perfect for shared meals or remote work.

• Pets: Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs must remain off furniture and beds and be crated when left unattended.
• Access: Located in a gated community with winding gravel and paved roads. A 4WD/AWD vehicle with high ground clearance is highly recommended, especially in winter or rain.
• Wildlife & Conservation: Please secure all food and trash due to active black bears. Guests are asked to be mindful of the mountain well water usage.
