• Pet Policy: Pet-friendly (max 2). Pets must be non-aggressive, potty-trained, crate-trained, and limited to the main floor. A fee of $35/night per pet applies. Prior approval is required; unauthorized pets incur a $500 penalty.
• House Rules: Parties are strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside only. Lighting fires is forbidden and will result in a fine. Hot tub use is for adults only; alcohol is prohibited near the tub.
