Sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate up to 16 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Roxy A sleeps 8 guests with two King bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring two full beds, including an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Roxy B sleeps another 8 guests with two Queen bedrooms, both featuring ensuite walk-in showers, plus additional sleeping provided by built-in full-over-full bunk beds located in the living room.

Each home is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for your comfort:

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that stairs are required to access parts of both homes. This property is not pet-friendly; unauthorized animals will result in additional cleaning fees. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. Guests are asked to remove trash and run the dishwasher upon departure. Events or parties are prohibited unless pre-approved, and the property is for vacation rental use only. Over-occupancy is subject to a $500 fine per extra person.
