The property is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 14 guests. The main house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 provides a Queen bed with beautiful views of West Lake and a separate entrance to the lake side deck. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bedroom with a smart TV and streaming options. Bedroom 3 is ideal for children or extra guests, featuring two sets of twin bunk beds. The main house includes two full bathrooms: one with a stand-up shower and one with a full bathtub, with the second bathroom combining with a laundry area featuring a full-sized washer and dryer.

Adding to the appeal is a separate guest house, which serves as a studio-style retreat. This space offers two full-sized beds and a twin over twin bunk bed, along with additional seating and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Inside, you will find all the comforts of home, including a full stocked kitchen. For outdoor enjoyment, the deck provides a peaceful seating area and a gas grill, perfect for entertaining your group while enjoying the lake breeze.

This home is professionally hosted by the locally owned and operated Okoboji Vacation Company. To ensure a seamless stay, the property is sanitized and stocked with basic needs, including a welcome kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, and dishwasher and laundry detergent. Propane replacement and clean linens are also provided.
