Our establishment has a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking on the property or bringing any pets with you. Violations of this policy can lead to an unpleasant experience for future guests.
To reinforce the importance of this policy, if evidence of smoking or pets is found on the property, it will result in a $300 additional cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to restore the property to its original state and eliminate any potential allergens or odors that may arise.
Security deposit required of $300. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
