House Rules There is a Peloton bike studio in the master bedroom you will need your own Peloton account to access Peloton classes.  A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left. Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard Pool or SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in) Pack Play, Highchairs and Air mattress for $40 each + tax Pets allowed, max 2 pets. $200 non-refundable pet fee each. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am  No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day.  Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. Early check-in IF available is:  12pm: $100 + tax 1pm: $75 + tax 2pm: $50 + tax 3pm: $35 + tax

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!

If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Also please be advised that we don't supply coffee, tea, sugar, and other basic food condiments and basic ingredients for cooking such as cooking oil, spices, salt, etc. This is due to health security and sanitary reasons. You will need to provide them. Thank you!
