Designed for groups of up to 8 guests, the layout features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main level hosts a spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, complete with an attached full bathroom and stand-up shower. The upper level provides two additional comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. For extra sleeping space, a Queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room, and a convenient half bathroom is also available.
Inside, the heart of the home is a warm and welcoming living room with rustic wood accents, vaulted ceilings, and large windows that create a bright yet cozy atmosphere. Guests can gather around a 65" Roku TV and an inviting electric fireplace on plush leather sofas. The fully-equipped kitchen provides all necessary essentials, including a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave, flowing into a dining space perfect for laughter-filled meals. For entertainment, the upstairs game loft is a favorite hangout featuring a full-size pool table and a nostalgic multicade arcade.
Outdoor living is just as exciting with relaxing decks offering resort views. The property serves as its own mini amusement park, featuring a private putt-putt course and a roping practice game. After a day of play, you can sink into the warm bubbles of the hot tub to unwind under the stars.
Located just 2.3 miles (an 8-minute drive) from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you are perfectly positioned to explore hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. Our cabin is meant for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, so we do not allow disruptive gatherings, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, loud celebrations, or any events that may disturb the tranquility of the space. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our home and neighbors Per our insurance policy and to complete the reservation process, we are required to have a copy of YOUR photo ID. We also will need a list of guests and ages as well. Any pets (for non-pet-friendly cabins) or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund. Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min. Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee WAIVER OF LIABILITY for rentals with the following amenities: Pool/Hot Tub: You understand that the use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub/pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of the hot tub/pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the hot tub/pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the hot tub/pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the hot tub/pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the hot tub if pregnant. FRAUD & FALSE CLAIMS POLICY We take guest satisfaction seriously. However, we will report fraudulent claims, staged photos, or attempts to receive discounts or refunds without a valid cause directly to the booking channel. We store documentation for all properties. Any concerns must be reported immediately with documentation upon discovery so we can promptly correct them. We reserve the right to dispute any claim that does not align with property condition reports. Requests for refunds made after checkout, without prior communication, or that are inconsistent with records may be denied, and the profile may be reported.
