Guests must be 21+ to book. After booking, you'll receive a short rental agreement to complete within 24 hours — just your ID and basic contact details. It takes about 5 minutes and helps us ensure a great experience for everyone.

A $250 security hold is placed on your card 3 days before arrival and fully released after checkout, provided the property is in the same condition. This is a standard hold — not a charge — and most guests never think about it again.

This cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests — please make sure everyone in your group is listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests incur a $50/person/night fee, so it's easiest to add everyone at booking.

For your safety, exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property — never inside. The cabin is also located in a gated resort community for added peace of mind. Please do not tamper with or cover the cameras, as this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay.

Part of the Smoky Mountain experience is being close to nature — and we love that about this cabin. You may hear rain on the metal roof (guests tell us it's wonderfully cozy), and the occasional woodland critter overhead. Black bears are native to this area and occasionally wander through. If you spot one, enjoy the view from a safe distance — never approach or feed them. They are wild animals and should be respected as such.

For everyone's safety, the hot tub is for guests 25 and older. Please avoid hot tub use after consuming alcohol or if pregnant, as elevated temperatures can be harmful. No glass or alcohol near the hot tub area. Like all hot tubs, use is at your own discretion — please stay hydrated and limit sessions to 15–20 minutes.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM and check-in is at 4:00 PM. This window allows our team to thoroughly prepare the cabin for the next family. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a small fee — just ask and we'll do our best. Late departures beyond 10:30 AM incur a $50 fee for the first half hour and $150 per additional half hour, as this directly impacts the next guests' experience.

This is a strictly non-smoking property — including e-cigarettes and vaping — indoors and in all enclosed areas. Smoking is welcome outside, away from doors and windows. Any evidence of indoor smoking results in a mandatory deep-clean fee starting at $750, and you may be responsible for any impacted upcoming reservations. We appreciate your understanding — this protects the experience for every family who stays here.

We are unable to offer refunds for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural events, or utility outages. We strongly recommend travel insurance for extra peace of mind — it's inexpensive and covers exactly these situations. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

We welcome well-behaved dogs! Please ensure your pup is house-trained, up-to-date on vaccinations, and flea/tick-free before arrival. Please add all pets to your reservation. If you forgot to add the correct number of pets, contact us, and we will arrange for the payment of the pet fee of $175/pet plus taxes and fees. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee/pet plus taxes and fees. Please bring your dog's bedding to keep them off the furniture.

Open fires, fireworks, and candles are not permitted on the property — we're in a wooded area, and this is a fire safety requirement. Battery-operated LED candles are a great alternative if you'd like some ambiance! Please use the provided trash bins for all waste — the decks and surrounding nature are part of what makes this cabin special, and we ask everyone to help keep them beautiful.
