• Be advised you will have to clean up after yourself -The cabin is equipped with Wi-Fi and all TV’s are Roku streaming devices. Remember to bring your own passwords for your streaming services.

-We allow well-behaved , house trained dogs. 2 Maximum with pet fee. -Dogs are not allowed in the pool or the hot tub. -All trash must be secured in the bear-proof receptacle in front of the cabin. You may not leave any trash on the deck or in front of the cabin. This will attract wild animals. Black bears are active in the resort.

• Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something. -Any issues or damages to the cabin should be reported as soon as possible.
• The hot tub will have been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All Children must be supervised while using the hot tub. Do not add any liquids, chemicals, or soaps to the hot tub. No glass near the hot tub. -Swimming Pool: The swimming pool use is at your own risk. Do not add any liquids, chemicals, soaps, etc. to the swimming pool. Swim diapers are required for babies and toddlers that wear diapers. Guest will be responsible for the cost of getting the pool back to normal conditions should anyone in the group add anything to the pool or if there are diaper accidents. The swimming pool is only 3-5 feet deep and there is absolutely no diving allowed. There is no drinking allowed in the swimming pool area and absolutely no glass is allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty and you will need to supervise any children when using the swimming pool. Please enter the swimming pool in swim attire only. -The pool service may need to enter the cabin during your stay to treat the swimming pool.
• We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you may need to supplement with your own during your stay depending on the length of your stay, such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
• The cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig and a starter supply of coffee and pods. You may have to provide more coffee and/or pods as needed. -This resort features paved, mountain roads. The roads are very well maintained. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended during the winter months. -There are 3-4 parking spaces available in front of the cabin. You may park parallel to the cabin or pull in at an angle in front of the cabin. Do not park in front of other cabins. Parking in front of other cabins will put your car at risk of being towed. The host is available for messages between the hours of 9 AM-9 PM Central Time. The Airbnb app is the easiest way to communicate with your host. -In case of emergency, call 911.
