This ground-floor condo is designed to accommodate up to 9 guests with a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and a private bathroom for added seclusion. The second bedroom also offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunkbed. For additional sleeping space, the amazing living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, making it easy to host the whole family.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, boasting all new appliances and an open layout that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The dining table comfortably seats six, with room for four more at the breakfast bar. The living room provides a fabulous view of the river, serving as the perfect spot for gathering to play games or watch TV. After a day of exploration, step out onto the beautiful balcony to relax and enjoy an amazing view of the Comal River.

Location is everything here: you are situated directly across the street from Schlitterbahn and within an easy walk to downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. You can float the Comal River and exit just steps from your own backdoor, or head to the Garden St. Bridge for a soothing cruise down the river. For tubing, Rockin' R is a local outfitter that can pick up guests in the parking lot between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
