Agreement to House Rules: Booking your reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.

Primary Guest Age: The primary guest must be 23 years or older to book.

Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. At no time may more than 12 guests be present on the grounds.

Booking Confirmation: • Guests must sign & return the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. • Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking. • Guests must provide a credit card to place a "$300 refundable security deposit hold" within 48 hours of booking. (Hold is applied 3 days prior to check-in and releases 3 days after check-out.)

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy.

Strictly No Smoking, Vaping, or Marijuana Use Indoors: This prohibition applies to the entire cabin interior, all porches, and shared facilities. A $250 fine will be charged for any breach of this rule, along with the cost of cleaning and repairs. Smoking is permitted only outside the cabin.

No Illegal Activities: Illegal activity, illegal drugs, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM daily.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform. Exterior cameras are in use and violations will be enforced.

Pet Policy: We allow a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 75 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee of $95 applies per dog. Bringing unauthorized pets will result in additional charges. Please ensure pets do not access provided linens; an extra $50 fee will be charged for excessive pet hair on bedding or towels.

Consumable Amenities: Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

Amenity Functionality: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, if amenity is not functioning during your stay please notify us immediately for us to contact the appropriate vendor to repair the amenity. We will do everything we can to have it repaired during your stay. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.

Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems.

No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
