• Smoking inside the rental home is prohibited. All properties are Non-Smoking. If this regulation is violated and smoking has been detected in the Property, a $500 plus applicable taxes penalty for cleaning services due to unauthorized smoking will be charged to the credit card on file. • Do not arrive at property prior to approved check-in time. Check-in is at 4:PM. We offer early check-in at 2PM for a $50 fee, subject to availability. If you require check-in earlier than 2PM, we recommend booking the previous night to guarantee access. • Guests must report any concerns upon arrival or during their stay, allowing us the opportunity to address them promptly. While we strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible, refunds are not guaranteed for problems including, but not limited to, water, sewer, septic, heating, electrical, mechanical, ventilation, structural systems, fireplaces, air conditioning, pool, hot tub, jetted tub, entertainment equipment, satellite/cable service, internet access, or other facilities and major appliances. Upon notification, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair any affected system or amenity as quickly as possible. • Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM. • No events/parties, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors.
