Welcome to Gatlinburg Manor, a beacon of comfort and serenity nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. This beautifully-decorated chalet stands as a testament to resilience, having been lovingly rebuilt in 2019 following the 2016 wildfires to provide an elegant getaway just 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

Designed for gatherings and celebrations, this spacious retreat features 5 bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The main level is defined by an open Great Room with soaring vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace that serves as an inviting focal point for sharing stories. This level also hosts a dining area with a wooden table and a fully-equipped kitchen boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For your morning brew, the kitchen provides both a Keurig k-cup machine and an automatic drip coffee maker. Two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are also located on this floor.

Downstairs, the entertainment continues in a large game room featuring a pool table, which provides easy access to three additional king bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is designed for outdoor living, offering two sprawling decks. The main level deck provides comfortable seating and outdoor dining options with a spectacular view of Mt. LeConte and the surrounding mountains, while the lower deck features relaxing porch swings and a large hot tub.

Located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, the manor is perfectly positioned near the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Ober Mountain Resort. Guests also enjoy access to three clubhouses, including the North Clubhouse, which offers three swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a paved walking trail, ping pong, foosball, and assorted yard games.
