This sprawling three-story residence is designed for maximum comfort and privacy. The home features 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, with 6 bathrooms to accommodate up to 16 guests. Each bedroom is furnished with luxurious king beds. The layout includes a first-floor king bedroom with a queen futon; two king bedrooms on the second floor, including one with an ensuite bathroom and queen futon; and a third floor featuring two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a unique bunk room with a king bed and queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a living room equipped with a full-over-full bunk bed and full sleeper sofa.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Keyless entry via custom door code)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Rules: No smoking, no parties, and no pets allowed
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• All guests must complete a verification process and sign a liability agreement
• Long-term stay security deposits: $500 (22 days to 6 months) or $1,000 (over 6 months)
• AWD vehicles are recommended during winter months

Note: Because the community is partially complete, daytime construction noise may be present until approximately 5:00 PM. We provide 24/7 hospitality support to ensure your stay is seamless and memorable.
