This one-level home is designed for comfort and family gatherings. The layout features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each offer a cozy King bed and Smart TV with ample storage for luggage. Bedroom 3 provides two twin beds, offering plenty of space for children or adults to spread out and unpack.

Beyond the sleeping quarters, the home is filled with welcoming features. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances, and the living area boasts a cozy sectional couch big enough to fit the whole family. For entertainment, the garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room featuring Ping Pong, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, a dartboard, cornhole, board games, and a Smart TV. The outdoor area is perfect for activity, including horseshoes in the yard.

Located in the heart of the Smokies, you are perfectly positioned to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dollywood, and the shopping districts of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Guests can also enjoy a special gift: one free ticket to every attraction on the Xplorie Adventure Pass program, including Dollywood.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (max 2 dogs, 60 lbs per dog). Pets must be registered, are not allowed on furniture, and must be crated if left alone.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the cabin or garage; please use porch ashtrays.
• Safety: The property is on active farmland and is enclosed by barbed wire and electric fencing; do not touch or climb these fences. Do not feed wildlife or bears.
• Access: The home is located on somewhat steep and winding mountain roads; 4WD may be required in winter.
