- Winter Advisory: This cabin is located on a steep mountain road; 4WD/AWD vehicles and snow tires are strongly recommended during winter. Trip insurance is encouraged as no refunds are provided for snow or ice.

★ HOUSE RULE ★ We want you to have a good time while you’re visiting, but we ask that you follow a few basic rules: ~~ Must sign rental agreement and upload a copy of your driver license upon booking ~~Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. ~~ NO SMOKING or VAPING including ALL electronic smoking devices. There will be a $500 fine if found to be in violation! ~~ NO PETS are allowed. We love animals but pets are not allowed in the cabin. In an effort to be considerate of guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet you will be charged $500 and will be asked to leave. ~~ NO PARTIES - No loud parties including bringing extra guests in the cabin ~~ Please do not move any furniture ~~ Accidents happen let us know if you break anything
Also, there are a lot of bear activities in the area so make sure you are bear wise. Car should be locked at all times. Main door as well!
★ NEVER FEED OR APPROACH BEARS ★ SECURE FOOD AND GARBAGE ★ DISCOURAGE BREAK-INS To a bear, screen door or open car window is an invitation to drop in for dinner.
Lock vehicles, and don’t leave windows open even a crack. Bears are very strong, with nimble claws that can easily peel down the window.
★ CLEAN AND STORE GRILLS Clean grill after each use and make sure that all grease, fat and food particles are removed.

★ CHECKOUT CHECKLIST ★ ~ Secure cabin -- Please make sure all windows and doors are locked. Turn off lights and TVs. ~ Remove Trash -- Please deposit all trash throughout the cabin into the bear-proof dumpster outside. ~ Start Dishwasher - Please load dishes into the dishwasher and press start. ~ Personal Items - Please double check for your personal items. Empty fridge. Safe travels!
