Designed for comfort and flexibility, the apartment accommodates up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a main bedroom featuring a Queen sized bed, a second bedroom with two king single beds, and a very comfortable fold-out queen size sofa bed in the living area.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the space is fully furnished and re-furbished to ensure a quality stay. The kitchen is equipped with most utensils, cutlery, and crockery needed for a homemade feast, though you are perfectly placed to explore the local culinary scene. For entertainment and wellness, the apartment includes an Xbox One, Chromecast, a yoga mat, and TVs located in both the lounge room and the main bedroom.

Located in the vibrant East End, you are just a 1-minute walk from Rundle Street and Rundle Mall, Adelaide's premier destinations for shopping, dining, and nightlife. Guests also benefit from a free tram to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for Emergency Responders. Additional building perks include access to a common area on Level 1 with couches, a TV, and a table tennis table, as well as shared paid laundry facilities downstairs.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. While there is no onsite parking, a guaranteed non-reserved free car park is provided at the Upark Car Park, located just a 1-minute walk across the road. Please note that pets are not allowed.

To ensure a smooth arrival, a Check In Form and a copy of your driver's license or passport are required upon booking. The guest name and ID must match the credit card used for payment. Additionally, a $150 security deposit is charged to ensure the return of all keys, cards, and remotes. Highchairs and travel cots are available upon request.
