Escape to Ever Green Lodge, a mountain farmhouse that takes the fun seriously, located in the quiet valley of Watauga County, North Carolina. This inviting retreat is perfectly positioned just five minutes from Valle Crucis, offering a blend of classic warmth and modern entertainment.

The home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. On the main level, the primary suite offers a king bed and a double-vanity bath, themed around the hunting dogs of the High Country. A dedicated office and flex room provides a desk, pullout sofa, and a collection of children's toys and books. Upstairs, you will find two more themed bedrooms: a king room inspired by local brook, brown, and rainbow trout, and a double-queen room decorated with the house's original blueprints.

Designed for gathering, the main level boasts vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace, a 75-inch TV, and seating optimized for movie nights. The fully updated kitchen is stocked with real cookware, spices, and a variety of coffee options, including an espresso machine with supplied espresso, a Keurig, and a drip machine. Two dining areas provide seating for twelve guests. For entertainment, the upper level features a full arcade zone with Skeeball, Pac-Man, a racing arcade, Golden Tee with bowling, and a popcorn maker.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. Enjoy slow mornings on the deck with rockers and mountain views, or spend evenings on the fire pit patio. The exterior also features a six-person hot tub, ambient lighting, and a new BBQ grill.

• Pets: Welcome with a $100 fee per dog and a completed pet questionnaire
• Parking: Space for four vehicles; gravel and steep driveway (AWD/4WD strongly recommended year-round and required in winter)
• Requirements: Guest must be 25 or older with ID verification. Rental Reservation Agreement and House Rules must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
