Sleeping arrangements include 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with the rare benefit of every room featuring its own private bathroom. The configuration consists of 4 king beds and 1 queen bunk, with additional sleeping capacity provided by a pullout. For those with mobility needs, the main level is accessible with no steps, and the first king bedroom is located on the walk-in level.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and a $45 fee. Pets are allowed, but guests must notify the host and pay the required pet fee to avoid breaking house rules.

Starter supplies are provided, including basic toiletries, dishwasher tablets, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal, lighter fluid, coffee, and bagged ice, as the built-in ice maker produces small amounts. A $55 fee applies for scheduled trash pick-up; otherwise, excessive trash may be taken to the community's large green bins. Please note that as a mountain property, occasional sightings of local insects like ladybugs are normal for the area.
