The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 3 beds across 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the luxury of two closets, while the en suite bathroom is equipped with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom one offers a queen bed, and guest bedroom two provides bunk beds with full size mattresses alongside a dedicated desk area.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by a private gated courtyard featuring seating and a gas burning fireplace. Inside, a large open space with a wall of windows provides amazing views of the backyard. The living area is composed of a living room with a grey chenille sectional and a sitting room with two leather couches. For dining, there is a dark wooden table that seats 6 guests adjacent to a cozy gas burning fireplace, complemented by three barstools at the breakfast bar. The upgraded kitchen is massive, featuring two islands and stainless steel appliances, including a double 2 door refrigerator.

The backyard is a spectacular oasis and a true representation of the Arizona desert, where every plant and tree is carefully placed around walkways and artificial grass. This outdoor paradise includes a heated pool with a waterfall, two outdoor kitchen areas for BBQing, and an outdoor dining table set by one of three gas burning fireplaces. For the ultimate relaxation, guests can roast s’mores on cushioned lounge chairs around a fire pit under the gazebo.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and large gatherings are not permitted, and the home is strictly non-smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Pool and spa heating is available for $90 per day plus tax, though please note that in winter, it may take approximately three days for the water to reach 82 degrees.
