Important Guest Information: A $2500 noise deposit is required at check-in (refunded if no complaints occur). Maximum occupancy: 6 adults plus dependent children. No special events permitted. Optional pool heating must be maintained for entire stay duration. Please note: desert wildlife including scorpions and snakes may be encountered - property treated regularly but encounters possible. Tax ID: Registration numbers available.
