To maintain the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, all festive events are strictly prohibited, and guests are asked to respect their neighbors between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Pets are welcome upon prior request, though only dogs or cats weighing less than 8 kg are accepted. For security, cameras are present in the common areas. The host cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
