Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (unavailable April 1-October 1). A $100 fee applies for each half-hour past the 10AM checkout time without prior approval. Four-wheel drive is recommended during winter conditions, and travel insurance is strongly suggested as weather-related refunds are not available.
