This two-story residence features a spacious layout with 8 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed between the main house and a private casita. In the main home, you will find four king bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms), one room with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom, and one room featuring a twin-over-twin trundle bed. For additional flexibility, a queen-sized air mattress and Pak n Play are available. The casita provides two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed.

Step outside into a resort-like backyard designed for endless entertainment and activity. The outdoor space is an athlete's paradise, featuring a pickle ball court, batting cage, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and a putting green. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ grill and cornhole. While the spa is heated and ready for use at no extra cost, pool heating is available upon request for an additional $150 per night. Inside, the fun continues with a pool table, shuffleboard, and both NBA and Golden Tee arcade games.

Located in a gorgeous and unique Scottsdale neighborhood, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the city. You are just 13 minutes from Kierland Commons and 18 minutes from the premier shopping and dining of Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. Tempe Town Marketplace is also within 18 minutes, while major sports venues like the Phoenix Sun's Arena and State Farm Arena are within a 40-minute drive. The home is easily accessible via Uber or Lyft for those traveling without a vehicle.
