Sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort across four bedrooms. Three king suites feature memory foam beds, smart TVs, and private bathrooms with shower tub combos for a restful experience. A dedicated bunk room on the first floor provides two twin-over-queen bunk beds, making it an ideal space for children or extra guests. The layout is completed by three bathrooms, including a convenient half bath on the bottom floor.

Nestled near the top of a mountain, this chalet is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts. You are close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with its 800 miles of hiking trails, as well as Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and Anakeesta. Guests may even enjoy frequent visits from the neighboring bear family while relaxing on the decks.

Practical Info & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM via custom door code
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed with a signed agreement and a $300 non-refundable fee per dog paid after booking
• Driveway: Very steep driveway; a 4WD vehicle is strongly suggested. In winter or inclement weather, snow tires or chains are recommended. Not suitable for buses, RVs, or campers
• Policies: No smoking, no parties, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Requirements: All guests must complete a verification process and sign a liability agreement
• Security Deposit: $500 for stays between 22 days and 6 months; $1,000 for stays over 6 months
