This expansive home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a King bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the main level, two Queen bedrooms located upstairs, two Queen bedrooms downstairs, and a twin-sized bunk bedroom also on the lower level. For additional flexibility, a Queen-sized sofa bed is available in the upstairs loft.

Step inside to be greeted by a large living area featuring tall ceilings and a breathtaking two-story wall of floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the surrounding mountain views. The interior is anchored by a stunning gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. For those with mobility needs, the primary suite on the main floor is completely handicap accessible.

Located in the heart of the Smokies, you are perfectly positioned for adventure: just 6.5 miles to The Island, 11 miles to Dollywood, and 12 miles to downtown Gatlinburg. Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. While the driveway is flat, AWD or 4WD is recommended during winter months. Please note that pets are not allowed. All guests must sign a renter's agreement prior to check-in, and entry is provided via an electronic door lock. For safety, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entrance.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival; 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior; no refund within 7 days of arrival.
