About Property

Experience the ultimate getaway at Adventure Lodge at Laurel Cove, a spectacular modern mountain home nestled in Sevierville, Tennessee. This luxurious retreat is perfectly positioned on over 3.5 acres in the prestigious Summit on Bluff Mountain, offering a semi-secluded sanctuary designed for unforgettable family reunions, holiday gatherings, and professional team retreats.

The residence is thoughtfully arranged across three levels to provide ample room to spread out. The layout features 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a primary king suite on the main level, two beautifully decorated king suites with oversized private baths on the upper level, and a fourth king bedroom on the lower level. For additional guests, the upper-level open loft provides two XL twin-over-twin bunks and a sofa, while the lower-level movie room and game room each feature a sleeper sofa.

At the heart of the home is a great room defined by a breathtaking floor-to-ceiling wall of glass that frames the layered ridges of the Smokies, complemented by an oversized sectional with built-in recliners and a stunning gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, a second built-in wall oven, and seating for the entire group. For entertainment, the lower level earns its name with a deluxe game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, a multigame arcade system, and arcade-style tournament golf, alongside a movie area with a kitchenette and wet bar.

Outdoor living is an oasis of relaxation. The custom-built covered porch features a stone gas fireplace, gas grill, and outdoor dining, perfectly positioned to view the nightly Dollywood fireworks. The expansive lower flagstone deck hosts a hot tub and a live koi pond, where the sound of moving water enhances the serene atmosphere.

Located near the area's biggest draws, guests are just a short trip from Dollywood, Splash Country, and The Island in Pigeon Forge. Nearby Gatlinburg offers mountaintop adventures at Anakeesta and Ober Gatlinburg, as well as the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community.
