Thank you for choosing Luxe Vacation Rentals. The terms of our Guest Agreement are intended to create a comfortable, safe, and convenient experience. Below is a summary of the rental agreement. Please carefully read the agreement before booking.

1. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors.
2. You can NOT have more guests over than what you booked at ANY time.
3. Parties/events/weddings are NOT allowed on the property. No exceptions will be made.
4. Live entertainment of any kind is not allowed on the property. This includes live bands and DJs. *All vendors such as caterers/chefs, massage therapists etc...must be approved in writing prior to their arrival at the property.
5. Recording/filming of videos and or photo shoots is not allowed on the property without authorization. No exceptions will be made.
6. No outside music is allowed after 10:00 pm regardless of volume levels.
7. Do not set the thermostat(s) below 70 degrees Fahrenheit as it will not cool any faster and could damage the system. The guest will be held liable for any damages to the system that results from leaving the doors open and/or setting the thermostat below 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
8. Pets are not allowed on the property for any duration of time unless you have requested and cleared it with us prior to your arrival and have paid the pet fee. $500 fee applies to unauthorized pets.
9. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors). If any sign of smoking is discovered, the guest authorizes Luxe Vacation Rentals to charge an additional minimum deep cleaning and odor removal fee of $1000.
10. Do not move any furniture (indoor or outdoor) as doing can cause damage to the furniture and/or property of which you will be responsible for repairing or replacing.
11. No more than four (4) vehicles are allowed to be parked on the property at any given time. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
12. Do not tamper with or adjust any pool equipment. The pool functions are controlled wirelessly by the host. The system will notify the host if anything is tampered with which will result in being evicted from the property.
13. Bringing weapons of any kind onto the property is prohibited (exterior and interior of home).
14. One night reservations are strictly limited to 8 guests.

Check-In and Check-Out: The standard check-in time is 4:00 pm and the standard check-out time is 11:00 am. We often have back-to-back rentals which means that guests are checking out the same day as the next guests are checking in. Therefore, we often have to be strict regarding check-in and check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. $50 fee will be charged if guests leave the premises later than 11am, without previous authorization from host.

However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure. It's always best to ask us about early check-in and/or late check-out availability a day or two before your arrival. Please refer to the listing description for any additional rates associated with early arrival or late departure.

When you book the home, please note that an incidental security deposit is necessary. For non-Arizona residents, the deposit is $2,000 and for Arizona residents, it's $2,500. We'll send you the request through Airbnb after booking. Payment must be paid no later than 6 days before reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental fee will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to Airbnb's agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking.
