Designed for gathering and downtime, the home features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms and a versatile loft, along with 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two primary bedrooms, each featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The loft provides additional space with two queen beds and access to a private balcony, perfect for fresh-air mornings and sunset lounging.

Inside, the home is equipped for both fun and productivity. Guests can enjoy a friendly game on the pool table or utilize the laptop-friendly workspace with Wi-Fi to plan their daily excursions. The kitchen is set for simple, at-home meals and includes essential cookware, bakeware, and utensils (please note that salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided).

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. Unwind with a soak in the private hot tub on the deck or grill a delicious dinner in the backyard using the provided BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Guests also have access to a seasonal community pool, typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Located near the scenic beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the cabin is just a quick drive from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. You will find plenty of local dining, mini golf, shopping outlets, and family attractions nearby, as well as boating, fishing, and swimming opportunities at Douglas Lake.

Practical details include driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Boat and trailer parking is not permitted on-site but is available at a lot by the clubhouse. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (limited to one dog) with an additional $75 fee; pets must be crated when left alone. Please note that the home contains stairs to access the loft.

House rules require guests to be 21+ to book. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events are permitted unless pre-approved. We invite you to experience the charm of the Smokies from this comfortable and welcoming cabin retreat.
