The villa is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in the first bedroom with a private bathroom and closet, while the second and third bedrooms each feature two bunk beds, closets, and their own private bathrooms. For entertainment, guests can head to the second floor to enjoy a game on the pool table.

Outdoor living is where Villa Mia truly shines. Guests can relax in the heated pool and Jacuzzi or gather in the massive 60 m² gazebo, an amazing space for morning coffee and late-night conversations. The exterior is fully equipped for hosting with a BBQ and industrial stove. For peace of mind, the property includes a private power plant for uninterrupted stays and is situated within a 24/7 security compound with onsite, gated, garaged parking.

Inside, the contemporary living room features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and an additional freezer specifically for drinks and beer.

You are just a short 8-minute drive from Tipico Bonao for authentic local cuisine and 23 minutes from the breathtaking Salto de Jima waterfalls. Other local highlights include the Museo de Arte Candido Bido and the scenic Mountain View Cafe At Casabito.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with check-out by 12:00 PM. Please note that pets are not allowed and only registered guests are permitted on-site. Security cameras are active at the entrance. For stays of 7 nights or more, a $200 USD electricity deposit is required, and the washer/dryer will be operated by staff. Electricity is included for normal use; exceptional consumption is billed at cost after checkout.
