The booking party is responsible for informing all guests of the rules & regulations below, as well as those outlined in the Rental Agreement.

RESERVATIONS - The booking party must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and will be responsible for reviewing and signing a Rental Agreement at the time of reservation. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance in the event of unforseen circumstances which may affect travel plans. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy as outlined in the listing. PERSONAL PROPERTY - A complete inventory of the property is performed after each stay and the booking party will be responsible for any items found missing or broken after departure. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may apply. HOUSEKEEPING - The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. Maid service is not provided and guests are expected to launder their own towels and linens as needed during their stay. It is not necessary to wash towels or bed linens prior to departure. GUEST AMENITIES - As a courtesy, each guest is provided a complimentary “starter package” of supplies until a grocery trip can be made. Each package contains: paper towels, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing tablets, laundry pods, fabric softener, bathroom toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toilet tissue paper, cleaning supplies, storage bags, and trash can liners. We also provide complimentary coffee, soft drinks, and snacks for all our guests. SMOKING/VAPING/ILLEGAL DRUGS - Smoking, vaping and illegal drug use is not permitted inside the property at any time. If we determine that a guest has smoked inside the property, additional charges may apply. We take the health and safety of our guests and our community seriously, so please follow all rules. Smoking is permitted outdoors, however, please only dispose of cigarette butts in a proper metal container. GUEST OCCUPANCY - For security reasons, please do not invite additional guests or visitors to the property without prior approval. Only registered guests, up to the maximum allowed, can stay overnight. PARTIES are not allowed. POOL/HOT TUB SAFETY - The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority. The booking party must carefully review and sign the attached Rental Agreement, which contains important information regarding pool safety rules. Guests 18 year of age or younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the pool area at all times. PETS - Pets are not allowed. If pets are found to have stayed on the property, additional charges may apply.
