A valid photo ID matching the reservation name is required within 48 hours of booking.

Check-out: 10 AM sharp. Unapproved late check-outs may incur $100/hour.

No parties, events, drugs, or weapons are allowed.
- Noise Quiet hours: after 10 PM, please keep noise low for neighbors.
-Smoking This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the home at any time. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $100 cleaning fee. Guests may smoke outside only—please dispose of cigarette butts safely and responsibly.

Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover—it will break, and replacement is charged to the guest.
