This spacious retreat is perfectly configured for up to 12 guests, featuring 4 luxurious master suites, each equipped with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully spread across three levels: the main floor hosts one king suite; the middle level features one king suite and a sleeper sofa in the game room; and the lower level provides two king suites, a sleeper sofa, and a playful bunk bed nook.

Every master bedroom is furnished with rustic Smoky Mountain log beds and luxurious mattresses, complemented by large picture windows and 50” flat-screen Smart TVs. The bathrooms are equally impressive, boasting spectacular stonework designs and walk-in showers.

Entertainment is central to the Southern Skies experience. The middle level, known as 'The Ranger Station,' serves as the ultimate gathering spot with a wet bar, fridge, and a game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games. For movie lovers, a private theater room offers 9 plush theater chairs and a 75” large flat-screen TV. On the lower level, a dedicated kids’ area includes a bunk bed nook with its own arcade game and TV.

For relaxation, step onto the middle deck to soak in the private hot tub while enjoying unobstructed mountain vistas. The main level boasts a large great room with comfy seating and a gas stone fireplace, alongside a fully equipped kitchen and a custom-built dining table that seats 8, with an additional 5 bar stools.

Nestled in the exclusive Cobbly Nob Resort, guests have seasonal access to outdoor pools. The cabin is located just a short drive from the Greenbrier entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park, offering beautiful hikes along the Little Pigeon River. You are also only 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and conveniently close to the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and the Rocky Tops Sports Complex.
