Summary of General Rental Policies

A. The property is equipped with two public facing security cameras. One Ring camera at the from door and one above the garage pointing at the driveway. The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring product that measures noise levels in the home and on the back patio.

B. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 8 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time.

C. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Violations to Scottsdale City Ordinance Section 18-124 related to noise violations are subject to a fines at a minimum of $2000 dollars.

D. Renters must be at least 28 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

E. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises including balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for any rules not followed.

F. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed. G. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.

Just a reminder that tomorrow at 11am will be checkout time. We ask that the garbage and recycle is taken out to the bins before you leave and that you throw away all open and perishable foods. Leave all beds you slept in unmade and used towels in the hamper in the laundry room or bedroom. Thanks again for staying with us!
