Rules, Regulations, and Policies:

A signed rental contract is required for all reservations and must be signed prior to check-in.

When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID and your email address after you book so we can send you our required rental contract.

• You must be a minimum of 30 years old to book this property -A credit card (authorization) is processed through our payment provider prior to your stay. Your card will not actually be charged unless there are noise violation fines incurred during your stay. A standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels.
• No Pets Allowed -This is a smoke-free property
• No events are allowed  
• Standard occupancy is limited to 16 guests - each additional guest up to maximum occupancy of 17 guests is $150 more per person per night
• Pool heat (offered October thru May) is a separate charge and is applied to the entire stay. The charge for heating the pool is $150 per night. This is paid after the reservation is made and if desired is elected on the required rental contract.
• A Eufy SmartLock doorbell camera is installed on the front door to monitor occupancy and for emergency situations. There are 3 front facing exterior security cameras placed to monitor the exterior side access gates, driveways and front of residence.
• To help us monitor your compliance with our house rules, we use a signal detection sensor in our home that will send us reports regarding the total number of devices in our home at any one time.
• This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.
• The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise.
• Guests agree to comply with the City of Scottsdale laws regarding short-term rentals.
