The open-concept design brings everyone together while providing space to spread out. The master suite features a king bed plus queen pull-out sofa, with an ensuite bathroom that has dual vanities (note: walk-in bathroom has no door and shower has no curtains). Additional bedrooms include two full beds in a private room within the master suite, plus four more bedrooms with king or queen beds and private or shared bathrooms.

Important Guest Information: A $1500-2000 fully refundable security deposit and ID verification are required before check-in. Events require pre-approval with additional charges. Quiet hours are enforced 8:00PM-8:00AM with noise monitoring devices installed. Late checkout incurs $250/hour fees due to extensive 6+ hour cleaning requirements. Pet-friendly for up to 2 pets at $150 each, with $150 fees per cleaning incident if accidents occur. No indoor smoking ($1500 remediation fee applies). Pool maintenance occurs Fridays 10AM-2PM, landscaping Mondays 10AM-2PM. Security cameras monitor exterior areas and can be adjusted upon request. All guests must be registered for insurance purposes.
