Important Guest Information: Guests must be 18+ (children welcome with parents). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 6 AM with no parties or events permitted. Pet fees apply with additional charges for damage ($500 plus repairs). The cabin uses well water - consider bringing bottled water if preferred. Bears are active in the area - follow bear safety guidelines and use only designated trash receptacles. Hot tub and sauna use is at your own risk. Late checkout incurs $50 fees, with $50 first half-hour and $100 subsequent half-hour penalties for overstaying. Indoor smoking results in $500 charges. Unauthorized fires outside the designated pit incur $100 plus damages. A security deposit up to $500 and signed rental agreement are required. No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond control - travel insurance recommended.
