Important guest information: A $2500 noise deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded after departure if no noise complaints are filed. Pool heating is available for an additional nightly fee (recommended October 15th - May 31st) and requires 3-day advance notice. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults plus dependent children. Age minimum is 26 years, and no pets or service animals are permitted. Photo ID and credit card verification required at check-in. Please note this is not a party venue and special events are not permitted. As with all desert properties, guests may encounter local wildlife including scorpions and desert insects, which are part of the natural environment. The property is regularly treated for pests, but encounters with desert wildlife cannot be prevented entirely.
