The layout is intentionally designed for accessibility, being completely ADA compliant with gently sloped ramps and a handicapped accessible master suite featuring a zero-threshold shower, rain shower head, and grab bars. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master suite, a queen bed with twin bunkbeds in the second room, two double-bed bunks plus a twin trundle in the third, and a queen sleeper sofa located in the Game House.
High-end furnishings and cozy décor define the interior, while the outdoor spaces are an outdoor lover's dream. Guests can enjoy over 3,000 sq ft of decks with seating for 60+, three oversized umbrellas, and two fire pits. For entertainment, the 750 sq ft Game House is a standout feature, boasting an 8' slate pool table, foosball table, 5000 game arcade console, and a butcher block bar.
Located near the no-wake cove of Flat Hollow Marina, the property provides a complimentary covered lakefront slip. The surrounding 40 acres are intersected by trails and pathways, adjoining 2,000 acres of TVA land and protected woodlands for unlimited hiking. Nearby attractions include the Chuck Swan Wildlife Preserve, Sundquist Preserve, and Cumberland Gap National Park.

Rental Watercraft owned by property manager available - Flat Hollow Marina, other marinas around the lake and Oasis Watersports also have watercraft rental. Recommended: Arrange boat and or additional slip rental, trailer parking and boat launch (separate fees) in advance of your stay / same time as booking the house directly with Flat Hollow Marina.
If reserving our watercraft - boat and/or jet skis delivered right to dock (extra fee applies) or free at the marina a half mile away ( 2-3 consecutive day minimum) - must reserve in advance of your stay. Separate policies and reservation agreement will be sent upon booking
