Located just 15-18 minutes from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville, and 20-25 minutes from Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you'll enjoy convenient access via scenic backroads that bypass traffic. The nearest convenience store is 5 minutes away, with grocery shopping available within 10 minutes.

Important Information: Guests are responsible for pool and hot tub safety, especially when supervising children. The primary renter must remain on-property throughout the stay. Pool towels are not provided. The steep driveway requires 4-wheel drive in winter conditions. Wildlife is common in the area - please keep doors closed and use designated garbage storage. Initial supplies are provided, but restocking during your stay is your responsibility.
