The second bedroom is a playful, Vols-themed bunk room equipped with twin bunk beds, a dresser, and a mirror, making it perfect for kids, teens, or the young-at-heart. For additional guests, the living room includes a full-size pull-out sofa bed.

While general property amenities are minimal, the interior is thoughtfully appointed. The living area is open-concept, connecting to a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances—including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—plus an island with bar stools and a dining table for four. For entertainment, Smart TVs are located in all rooms, though guests should log in with their own accounts. The home also offers a dedicated game area with a foosball table and board games.
