This impressive home features 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across the levels: the main floor hosts two king suites with en-suite baths and smart TVs; the upper floor includes a king suite with a futon, a custom bunk suite (king over queen) with a futon, and a dedicated bunk area with twin and full beds sharing a bath; the lower level offers a double bed and futon in a private en-suite; and the rooftop lounge provides an additional sleeper sofa.

Entertainment is woven into every floor. Guests can enjoy a private heated indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub and fire pit for year-round relaxation. For indoor fun, there is a home theater with an 85-inch screen and Sonos surround sound, as well as a game room featuring a poker table, pool table, foosball, an arcade machine, and a PS5. The rooftop lounge offers panoramic mountain views, a fireplace, and a mini bar for a truly open-sky experience.

Culinary needs are met in the chef's kitchen, which comes equipped with premium appliances, full cookware, and dinnerware and seating for up to 28 people. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi is available.

Located in a prime spot, Sky Lux is a short distance from the Parkway's dining and shopping, The Island at Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests also receive free unlimited access to the resort's guest-only waterpark, featuring a lazy river, infinity pool, mini golf, and pickleball courts.

Practical details include a private paved driveway with parking for 6-7 vehicles. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via smart lock. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an associated fee. Please note that guests must be 21+ to book, a rental agreement is required, and check-ins are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. Guests beyond 12 are subject to an extra guest fee of $35 per night.
